Product Manager - Member Data Product Portfolio

About the role

Rest, one of Australia's largest profit-to-member super funds, is hiring a Product Manager for its Member Data Product Portfolio. The role leads the strategy, roadmap and delivery of member data and AI-enabled Business Insights products, guiding a team of technical and analytical specialists. It is open to candidates based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for the member data and AI-enabled Business Insights portfolio.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design through to delivery, adoption, continuous improvement and value realisation.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of technical and analytical specialists, setting clear priorities, ownership and accountability.
• Partner with business, data and technology teams to turn business needs into scalable, governed data and insights products.
• Drive the evolution of member insights through self-service analytics, automation and emerging AI capabilities, moving away from manual reporting toward AI-enabled, self-service experiences.

Required profile

• Demonstrated product management experience developing strategies and roadmaps for data, analytics or AI products.
• Experience delivering products from discovery through to adoption, continuous improvement and value realisation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with technical, analytical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and people leadership skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear business outcomes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of modern data and analytics platforms, with familiarity with Snowflake, dbt and associated tooling.
• Understanding of data products, self-service analytics and emerging AI capabilities, including generative AI.
