Product Manager – AI Stockbroking

About the role

BJAK is expanding its AI‑driven stockbroking offering and seeks a Product Manager to own product areas across its financial services suite. The role combines user research, roadmap definition, rapid launch, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans for AI‑stockbroking and related financial services.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams to turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
• Use data, feedback, research and production issues to iterate on product decisions and monitor performance after launch.
• Balance speed, user experience, business impact, compliance and operational complexity when making trade‑offs.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder or growth/product operator.
• Strong product sense, ability to simplify complex workflows and work closely with engineers and designers.
• Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post‑launch learning.
• High ownership, ability to drive work with limited guidance.

Required skills

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or high‑growth products (strong advantage).
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.
