Product Manager – AI Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to own AI‑driven finance product areas at BJAK. You will shape user‑centric solutions across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and other financial services, turning complex products into simple, usable journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans for AI finance products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams to ship features quickly.
• Use data, feedback and research to iterate and improve product decisions post‑launch.
• Balance speed, user experience, business impact, compliance and operational complexity.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder or similar role.
• Strong product sense, ability to simplify complex workflows and drive execution with limited guidance.
• Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post‑launch learning.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments or high‑growth consumer apps is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Ability to work closely with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Strong writing, prioritisation and stakeholder‑management skills.
