Product Line Support Specialist

About the role

The Product Line Support Specialist works closely with Product Line Management and Sales to provide technical and operational support throughout the product lifecycle. The role acts as the primary point of contact for product information, documentation, training materials and system alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical product support to Product Line Management and serve as the main help‑desk contact for Sales areas.
• Maintain consistency of product information, positioning and messaging across regions.
• Manage and distribute technical, training and commercial documentation with version control.
• Support development and continuous improvement of product‑related processes, systems and tools, including product support databases.
• Contribute to product line and engineering projects, coordinate initiatives, support field trials and manage performance data.

Required profile

• Certificate III/IV in Engineering or equivalent experience, preferably in heavy equipment industry.
• Current driver’s licence and right to work in Australia.
• Strong communication skills, organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and business systems.
• Document control and technical administration experience.
