Product Lead – AI Neobank App

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to drive major product areas within BJAK's AI‑powered Neobank app. This senior position will own direction, execution, quality and outcomes across multiple squads, shaping the future of digital financial services for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas, defining priorities, roadmaps, standards and success metrics.
• Guide product managers, owners, designers and engineers toward clear execution across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and other services.
• Translate regulatory, operational and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Drive launch quality, post‑launch learning and continuous improvement.
• Help build a product culture focused on speed, clarity, user value and honest measurement.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading digital product areas, balancing strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes.
• Proven judgement on prioritisation, trade‑offs and product sequencing.
• Experience mentoring PMs/POs or leading cross‑functional squads is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable with high ambiguity, fast changes and senior stakeholder pressure.
• Ability to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys.
• Fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or regulated product experience is a strong advantage.
