Product Information & PIM Governance Lead

About the role

Reece, Australia's largest supplier of plumbing and bathroom products and a leading distributor of trade products to residential, commercial and infrastructure customers, is looking for an experienced Product Information & PIM Governance Lead. The role is accountable for establishing, governing and continuously improving the company's product information capability, so that product data is structured, validated and trusted as the source of truth.

Working closely with merchandising and support centre teams, the role contributes to the development, sales and growth of private label brands and to a customer-driven product portfolio that gives the branch network a competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Product Information Management, product data governance or master product data roles.
• Demonstrated ability to define and enforce product data standards and governance frameworks.
• Ideal candidate has experience coaching and leading a team, supporting capability uplift and performance.
• Experience with digital transformation projects in large organisations.

Required skills

• Experience working with PIM platforms and complex product data structures.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, with outstanding communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving and conflict management skills, with the ability to resolve issues.
