Product Guide – Retail Sales Associate

About the role

Arc'teryx is launching its first outlet pop‑up in Sydney and is looking for enthusiastic Product Guides to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover our high‑performance outdoor apparel and accessories while supporting store operations from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests, providing product education and assisting with purchases.
• Process transactions, handle warranties, and manage damaged‑goods returns.
• Support in‑store events, conduct inventory counts and replenish stock.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Provide feedback on merchandising to improve guest experience and sales.
• Collaborate positively with team members and store leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, problem‑solver with flexibility in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to balance autonomy with teamwork.
• Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and the Arc'teryx brand.
