Producer - Health & Pharma Campaigns
Enero · Sydney
Job description
About the role
Orchard, Australia's leading health and wellness agency, is looking for a Producer to run fast-paced campaigns for one of its key health clients. You will take print and digital assets from brief to final delivery, working day-to-day with the client, the creative, medical writing and studio teams to deliver compliant, high-quality work on time and on budget.
Key responsibilities
- Run campaigns end-to-end across print and digital (detail aids, leave-behinds, posters, DM, banners, EDMs, Approved Emails, social assets)
- Turn briefs into production schedules with milestones, review rounds and approval gates, and keep creative, studio and medical writing teams aligned
- Manage multiple jobs at once and keep WIPs and status updates flowing with the client and internal team
- Manage print production with external suppliers (specs, quotes, proofs, press checks, delivery) and ensure digital assets meet platform specs and are QA'd before release
- Keep version control tight across formats, sizes and markets and act as the quality gatekeeper
- Act as the day-to-day contact for the client's brand team, communicating status proactively and anticipating approval issues
- Manage MLR workflows in line with the Medicines Australia Code and TGA requirements, routing materials through Veeva PromoMats/Vault (or client equivalents) with clean documentation
- Create estimates, manage job budgets, track scope, raise change requests and flag budget variances to the Account Director
- Use the tool suite (Workbook, Jira, PageProof, Confluence) and AI tools to keep work tracked and documentation current
Required profile
- 4+ years' production or account management experience in a creative, digital or health agency (preferred)
- Hands-on print production experience, including working directly with printers and suppliers
- Experience delivering digital assets across multiple channels and formats
- Thrives on volume and tight turnarounds without dropping quality
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and clear, confident communication with clients and internal teams
- Comfortable with estimates, budgets and timesheets; available to start immediately preferred
Required skills
- Working knowledge of MLR cycles and Veeva (or similar approval platforms)
- Use of Jira, Workbook, PageProof and Confluence
What we offer
- A fun, collaborative working environment with a focus on work-life balance
- Internal and external structured training and education courses
- Ongoing wellbeing support through an Employee Assistance Program
