Procurement Specialist

About the role

Randstad is looking for a versatile procurement professional in Adelaide who bridges commercial strategy and systems optimisation. The role leads sourcing initiatives and cost savings while taking ownership of process improvement, acting as the central point for both procurement execution and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and deliver cost savings, contract improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, market analysis and supplier negotiations.
• Manage day-to-day functional support, testing and continuous improvement of procurement systems.
• Oversee procurement master data, including supplier catalogs and pricing files, to ensure accuracy.
• Provide reporting and analytics on spend, compliance and functional performance.

Required profile

• Solid background in procurement, strategic sourcing or commercial management.
• Experience working with, supporting or optimising enterprise procurement platforms (ERPs).
• Strong analytical skills, using data to find commercial opportunities and fix process bottlenecks.
• Excellent communication skills with operational users, technical support and senior stakeholders.
