Procurement Specialist

About the role

Our client, a leading global healthcare organisation, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the procurement function during a period of rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, you will work hands‑on across sourcing, procurement operations and compliance, using data to drive efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for indirect spend.
• Coordinate and run lower‑complexity RFPs.
• Support supplier negotiations and sourcing initiatives.
• Analyse procurement data using Excel and Power BI.
• Prepare monthly procurement and compliance reports.
• Review purchase requisitions and related documentation.
• Monitor procurement governance and reporting activities.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Assist the Head of Procurement with operational priorities.

Required profile

• Experience in indirect procurement.
• Proven track record with RFP and sourcing processes.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Power BI experience preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
