Procurement Officer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to join the Contracts & Commercial team at Lynas Rare Earths in Perth. The role will manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process, ensuring that goods and services are sourced efficiently, cost‑effectively and in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from sourcing to purchase order creation and invoice processing.
• Raise and verify purchase orders, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Utilise Pronto ERP to process transactions and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and supply agreements with vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify alternatives and mitigate supply risks.
• Support contract administration, system documentation and continuous improvement of procurement procedures.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
• Proven experience using Pronto ERP in a procurement environment.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes, contracts and commercial pricing.
• Ability to analyse spend data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Current WA C‑class driver’s licence.
