Procurement Coordinator – APAC

About the role

JD Sports is expanding rapidly across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia and needs a Procurement Coordinator to manage the fixtures, fittings and equipment that bring its stores to life. Reporting to the Head of Procurement APAC, you will work at the intersection of procurement, project coordination and retail delivery, supporting large‑scale store rollouts and ongoing store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end fixture procurement for new openings, refurbishments and upsizes across APAC.
• Review store layouts, fixture call‑offs and Retail Procurement Schedules to ensure accuracy before ordering.
• Manage procurement timelines, track shipments from international suppliers (primarily China), and support customs clearance and freight logistics.
• Collaborate with Design, Visual Merchandising, Commercial Operations and Project Management teams, as well as regional and global partners.
• Handle fixture requests for existing stores, forecast ongoing requirements and support inventory planning.
• Maintain procurement tracking, forecasting and reporting using Excel and internal systems.

Required profile

• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and sees projects through to completion.
• Wishes to build a career in procurement or retail development.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and with international suppliers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience using internal procurement or ERP systems.
