Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join our Procurement Team on a 15‑month fixed‑term contract at our Carrara headquarters. You will ensure smooth stock movement across multiple countries by managing inventory records, demand forecasting, and supplier communication.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse demand trends and historical data to create purchase orders, regional stock transfers and replenishment plans.
• Maintain target stock levels across several countries, accounting for regional holding targets and lead‑time variability.
• Liaise with China‑based merchandising and warehouse teams to align production schedules with regional demand.
• Process proforma invoices, calculate landed unit costs, and support monthly stock adjustments and finance month‑end reporting.
• Record and reconcile deliveries and shipments in WMS and accounting systems, updating ETAs as needed.
• Support new product launch pipeline, tracking sample‑to‑shelf milestones and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Assist with rollout and evolution of Microsoft Business Central and related data flows.
• Identify process friction, contribute to continuous improvement, and train new team members.

Required skills

• Robust experience in a procurement or similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
