Process Worker - Food Manufacturing

About the role

Primo Foods, a leading Australian food manufacturer, is looking for reliable and motivated Process Workers for a stable, long-term position. The roster runs Monday to Friday with morning and afternoon shifts, consistent full-time hours, and possible overtime. Depending on the department, duties vary.

Key responsibilities

• Process and prepare Primo food products
• Pack, sort and label finished products
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Follow food safety, quality and hygiene procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehousing or similar environments
• Reliable attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Good attention to safety and quality standards
• Comfortable performing repetitive and physically active tasks
