Process Worker – Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food Process Worker to join our family‑owned food manufacturing business in Moorebank. The role involves supporting daily production activities across two possible shift patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and process raw food materials according to specifications.
• Mix ingredients and operate production machinery.
• Conduct quality and food‑safety checks throughout the process.
• Assist with production set‑up, record keeping and cleaning duties.
• Pack finished products and perform repetitive lifting of 10‑15 kg as required.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and reliable punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Good personal hygiene and adherence to food‑safety standards.
• Energetic and willing to work the selected shift (5:30 am‑2:00 pm or 11:00 am‑7:30 pm, Monday‑Friday).

Required skills

• Machine operation in a food‑processing environment.
• Food handling and safety inspection procedures.
