Process Worker – Afternoon Shift

About the role

Due to continued growth, AYVA Packaging is looking for experienced Production/Process Operators to join its Wetherill Park team. In this afternoon‑shift position you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring our plastic packaging products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery.
• Identify and resolve process issues.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Work closely with shift leaders and team members.
• Perform manual handling of items up to 15 kg and operate pallet trolleys.

• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with a safety‑first mindset.

• Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
