Entry Level Machine Operator – Day Shift

About the role

Join a well‑established manufacturing company in Wetherill Park as an Entry Level Machine Operator. This day‑shift position offers full training, so no prior machine‑operating experience is required. A current LF Forklift Licence is essential, although the role is not primarily a forklift‑driving job.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to safely operate production machinery.
• Assist with band‑saw operations (training provided).
• Load materials into machines.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Support general production and warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Current LF Forklift Licence (essential).
• Genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work safely in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable transport to the workplace.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse or machine‑operating experience is advantageous but not required.
