Process Operator

About the role

We are looking for motivated, flexible team players to join the processing plant at Renison Mine. The role includes a 7‑days‑on/7‑days‑off rotating day and night shift roster, with on‑the‑job training such as a Cert III in Resource Processing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the processing plant to meet grade and recovery targets safely and efficiently.
• Comply with all statutory, safety, health and environmental requirements.
• Safely operate a forklift and other nominated equipment and machinery.
• Use minor equipment and hand tools as required.

Required profile

• Mechanical aptitude with experience in crushing, grinding, flotation, wet‑gravity and paste plant operations (highly regarded).
• Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, bobcats, excavators, elevated work platforms, Canter trucks, loaders and 4WDs is preferred but not essential – training will be provided.
• Team‑oriented attitude, willing to contribute ideas and support an inclusive workplace.
