Private Advice Assistant

About the role

The Private Advice Assistant will support the Private Advice team in delivering sophisticated financial solutions to high‑net‑worth clients. This secondment position offers exposure to complex advisory work and a pathway to senior client‑service or advisory roles within ANZ’s Private Bank.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute end‑to‑end implementation of tailored advice strategies across a range of investments and structures.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams—including Advisers, Operations, and Compliance—to ensure seamless client outcomes.
• Provide premium client service via phone, email, and direct engagement, maintaining the brand’s high standards.
• Anticipate client needs and assist in aligning advice solutions with long‑term objectives while managing multiple priorities.
• Leverage systems and processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the advice business.
• Act with integrity and transparency, upholding client trust and regulatory standards.
