Principal S/4HANA FICO Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Principal S/4HANA FICO Consultant to design, implement and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions for clients in Brisbane. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate financial requirements into scalable SAP configurations and ensure alignment with best‑practice finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end S/4HANA FICO implementations, rollouts and enhancements.
• Gather and analyse business requirements for Finance and Controlling processes.
• Configure SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
• Conduct design workshops and solution blueprinting sessions with stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD and PP.
• Support data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
• Provide functional support during UAT, go‑live and hyper‑care phases.
• Manage issue resolution and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.
• Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) projects.
• Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes in large enterprises.
• Ability to lead workshops, communicate with senior business stakeholders and drive solution design.
• Experience with data migration, testing and post‑implementation support.
