Principal Product Manager

About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end product journey for LawConnect’s two‑sided marketplace, shaping the experience for both consumers seeking legal help and lawyers providing it. You will own cross‑cutting problems, drive monetisation strategies and ship AI‑enabled features.

Key responsibilities

• Map the full consumer and lawyer journey, identify friction points and size opportunities.
• Define and prioritise the marketplace roadmap, defend rankings with data‑driven reasoning.
• Write clear briefs, collaborate with design and engineering, and ship measurable product improvements.
• Conduct customer interviews, run experiments, and feed results back into the product cycle.
• Partner with growth, sales, legal/content and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Senior or principal product management experience, preferably on a consumer product or two‑sided marketplace.
• Proven track record of owning a product area end‑to‑end: problem discovery, sizing, shipping and validation.
• Comfort working with data directly (SQL, BI tools) and building estimates from first principles.
• Experience shipping AI features and using AI tools in product work.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple product managers and cross‑functional teams.
