Principal Enterprise Architect

About the role

Join SAP's Enterprise Architects team within the Customer Services & Delivery board. As a Principal Enterprise Architect you will shape digital transformation for customers, guiding them through cloud adoption and modernizing their IT landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive enterprise architecture models aligned with customer goals.
• Guide customers on their cloud journey, focusing on adoption and value realization.
• Provide architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles.
• Act as a transformation partner for CIOs and other CxOs, ensuring architecture effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate technical adoption risks and drive solution adoption.
• Bundle expectations into a tangible enterprise‑level success plan with KPIs and value drivers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for secure, reliable, and flexible cloud environments.
• Engage stakeholders to enhance value realization and promote SAP best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise business transformation projects.
• Ability to align customer priorities with target architecture and roadmap.
• In‑depth knowledge of the SAP Solution Portfolio and Enterprise Architecture Framework (North Star).
