Principal Consultant – Advisory & AI

About the role

Altis is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead high‑impact advisory services that drive business transformation through data science and AI. You will combine technical expertise with consulting acumen to guide clients toward strategic data and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on aligning business goals with data and AI solutions and build long‑term relationships.
• Lead the design and delivery of tailored data and AI solutions for marketing, finance and digital functions.
• Manage medium to large projects, ensuring timely delivery, risk control and quality standards.
• Present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development and proposal creation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of consulting experience in data and analytics, with a focus on AI.
• Proven track record delivering data & AI projects for customer, marketing, digital and finance functions.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent communication, including public speaking.
• Tertiary qualification in an IT‑related field or equivalent experience.
