Primary Care Sales Representative – Pharmacy & GP (Brisbane North)

About the role

Stratpharma, a Swiss‑based medical device company, is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join its Primary Care team in Brisbane North. You will promote evidence‑based over‑the‑counter products across pharmacy and women’s health GP channels, driving growth for innovative wound‑care, scar‑management and oncology support solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Brisbane North territory, increasing product distribution, exceeding sales targets and expanding market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, retail managers and women’s health GPs.
• Implement strategic merchandising, keep accurate CRM records and use business analytics to develop territory‑based strategies.
• Provide product training and support to customers, enhancing their knowledge and boosting sales.

Required profile

• Strong desire to succeed with a proven sales track record; pharmacy and/or GP sales experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and self‑manage.
• Passion for healthcare and continuous learning.
• Right to live and work in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident).

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
