Primary Care Sales Representative – Brisbane North

About the role

Stratpharma Australia is seeking a motivated Primary Care Sales Representative to promote clinically proven over‑the‑counter products in wound care, scar management and oncology support. The role focuses on retail pharmacy customers with secondary detailing to Women’s Health GPs across the Brisbane North territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned territory, driving product distribution and exceeding sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, retail managers and Women’s Health GPs.
• Implement strategic merchandising, maintain accurate CRM records and use business analytics to refine territory strategies.
• Provide product training and support to customers to increase product knowledge and sales.

Required profile

• Strong desire to succeed with a proven sales track record; commercial pharmacy selling and/or GP sales experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise and self‑manage.
• Passion for healthcare, continuous learning and Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
