Pricing Analyst

About the role

MECCA’s Merchandise Governance team is seeking a Pricing Analyst to own retail pricing strategy and execution across its brands. You will act as the pricing subject‑matter expert, combining commercial insight with strong analytical capability to ensure pricing is accurate, competitive and aligned with brand positioning and margin goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own retail pricing strategy across all brands, using competitor insights, market dynamics and scenario modelling to inform commercial decisions.
• Analyse and optimise pricing‑driven margin performance, identifying opportunities across realised margin, FX, cost movements, new product development, value sets and bundles.
• Lead implementation and governance of brand‑led and FX‑driven price changes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with brand DTC and global positioning.
• Maintain robust pricing frameworks, documentation and audit processes while developing tools and reporting to improve pricing accuracy, consistency and scalability.

Required profile

• Commercially curious and highly analytical thinker able to move between strategic recommendations and detailed execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of translating complex pricing insights into clear commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and execution discipline with a proactive, resilient mindset.
