Prestart Consultant – Residential Projects (Full/Part Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Prestart Consultant to join a leading Perth‑based modular builder. You will work on residential and custom modular home projects, guiding clients through the selections process and ensuring a smooth start to each build.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in choosing finishes and materials.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including documentation and client coordination.
• Provide administrative support for contract processes, working alongside a dedicated contracts team.
• Prepare, update, and maintain addenda and variations throughout the pre‑start phase.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a pre‑start consultant for a residential builder.
• Forward‑thinking, collaborative, and approachable attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Strong organisational abilities and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
