About the role

This 12‑month full‑time pre‑registration pharmacist position offers recent pharmacy graduates the chance to complete supervised practice within a leading tertiary hospital. You will rotate through multiple pharmacy service areas, gaining hands‑on experience while contributing to safe medication use and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a structured intern training program under the supervision of registered pharmacists.
• Rotate through various pharmacy departments, including inpatient, outpatient, and clinical services.
• Assist with medication dispensing, preparation, and counseling.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medication records and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Pharmacy graduate eligible for provisional registration.
• Strong interest in hospital pharmacy and medication management.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and meet occupational health requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
