Practice Manager / Treatment Coordinator

About the role

A well-established, multi-chair dental practice in Campbelltown, NSW, is recruiting an experienced Practice Manager / Treatment Coordinator through AB Dental & Medical Recruitment. The practice operates 6-8 chairs with about 10 support staff and is looking for a mature, people-focused leader who can run day-to-day operations while supporting treatment coordination and patient case acceptance. The practice is transitioning to new software in April, so adaptability and strong organisation are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a 6-8 chair practice
• Lead and support a team of approximately 10 staff
• Handle treatment coordination and case presentation
• Manage practice performance and workflow
• Manage staff rostering and team development
• Ensure smooth front-of-house and clinical collaboration
• Maintain established systems and processes and support a positive team culture

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager or Senior Treatment Coordinator (essential)
• Experience managing multi-chair dental practices
• Diploma qualification desired
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Mature, calm and solutions-focused approach
• Commercially aware with strong organisational capability

• Salary of $90,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation depending on experience
