Practice Manager - Maven Dental Busselton

About the role

Maven Dental Busselton is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead its established six-surgery practice on Adelaide Street. The practice has more than 10 years in the local community, a strong patient base and an experienced clinical team offering general, restorative and implant dentistry, along with Invisalign. The role is hands-on, working closely with clinicians and the Regional Operations Manager, and suits someone who enjoys solving problems, developing teams and driving improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the practice team
• Manage daily operations, rostering and appointment scheduling
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and practice performance
• Work with clinicians to support efficient workflows and patient care
• Manage patient feedback and maintain compliance
• Improve processes, team engagement and operational consistency
• Partner with the Regional Operations Manager to deliver sustainable improvements

Required profile

• Previous management experience, ideally within a dental, medical or allied health practice
• Dental experience is highly regarded but not essential; experienced leaders from other industries are welcome
• Existing Australian working rights; visa sponsorship is not available

• Strong people leadership, including managing performance and having difficult conversations
• Commercial awareness with KPIs, budgets and operational reporting
• Organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands
• Proactive problem-solving and leading through change
