An established dental practice in Busselton is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations, support a busy team and keep the practice running smoothly. The role combines people leadership, operations and patient care, and is advertised by a recruitment agency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the practice
• Lead, support and manage the clinical and administrative teams
• Manage staff performance, rosters and workplace matters

Required profile
