Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

About the role

Join a passionate, clinician‑led team in Perth delivering Positive Behaviour Support to clients with disabilities. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues, providing evidence‑based assessments, therapy planning and reporting while respecting cultural and individual needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence‑based treatment and therapy plans for clients.
• Prepare clinical reports and maintain accurate, detailed client records.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary team members.
• Deliver supports in line with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure services are culturally and linguistically appropriate.

Required profile

• Proactive, passionate and committed to meaningful impact.
• NDIS registration as a PBS Practitioner – Core level or higher (or comparable experience).
• Minimum six months experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle, and willingness to obtain WWCC, Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.
• Previous NDIS or community‑based experience is desirable.
