Portfolio Director of Marketing & Digital

About the role

AccorHotel is seeking a senior marketing leader to shape the marketing vision and digital strategy for a portfolio of iconic Australian hotels. Based at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, you will work closely with General Managers, Sales, Revenue and Accor teams to drive brand strategy, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the portfolio marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Drive brand positioning and market presence across multiple hotel brands and locations.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns targeting corporate, leisure and tourism markets.
• Oversee digital strategy, performance marketing and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue, General Managers and Accor stakeholders to maximise opportunities.
• Support the development of annual marketing plans and budget strategies.
• Lead and mentor the Portfolio Marketing Executive team.

Required profile

• Significant experience in senior marketing leadership roles.
• Strong background in traditional marketing, brand strategy and campaign development.
• Digital marketing expertise with the ability to lead strategy and performance outcomes.
• Experience within hospitality, tourism, travel or a customer‑focused industry.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multiple business units.
• Experience leading teams and developing high‑performing marketing professionals.
