Porter (Concierge) – Guest Services at Ayers Rock Resort

About the role

Join the Front Office Team at Ayers Rock Resort as a Porter (Concierge) and be the first point of contact for guests arriving at one of Australia’s most iconic locations. You will live onsite in Yulara and help create memorable first and last impressions for visitors to Uluru.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, assist with luggage, and deliver bags to rooms promptly.
• Coordinate luggage handling across all hotel properties, ensuring timely service.
• Support reception with room allocations and guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, vehicles, conference spaces, and external property zones.
• Act as an ambassador for the resort, providing friendly farewells at departure.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Full Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred).
• Ability to work onsite and live in the resort community.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
