Platform Operations and Delivery Coordinator

About the role

The Platform Operations and Delivery Coordinator ensures reliable day‑to‑day operation and continuous improvement of Informit’s digital platform. Working with the Head of Platform, internal teams and external partners, you will coordinate requirements, testing, releases, monitoring and incident management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate business requirements, testing, release activities and operational monitoring for the digital platform.
• Manage incidents, content loading, service improvements and complex customer onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders and external technology partners.
• Document operational processes and identify opportunities to enhance reliability, quality and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proactive technology professional comfortable coordinating complex operational activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to explain technical issues to varied audiences.
• Project and change management capability with a focus on balancing time, cost, quality and outcomes.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience coordinating platform or digital service operations, including incident management, testing and releases.
• Advanced digital and technology literacy with ability to navigate complex systems.
• Strong project management and change management abilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, information management, publishing or related discipline.
