Platform DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Platform DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate the platforms that power AI Co‑Workers. This hands‑on role involves owning reliability end‑to‑end and collaborating closely with product, AI, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate reliable production infrastructure for AI workloads.
• Own Kubernetes‑based platforms (EKS, AKS, GKE or self‑managed) and Helm‑based deployment workflows.
• Maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform/Terragrunt and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.
• Develop and maintain reusable GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for Docker builds and Terraform deployments.
• Define, measure, and improve system reliability using SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, incident response, root‑cause analysis and post‑mortems.
• Automate operational tasks to reduce toil and improve observability across monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Partner with engineers to ensure systems are resilient, scalable, secure and multi‑cloud compatible.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE or self‑managed) and Helm.
• Proficiency in Terraform/Terragrunt for infrastructure provisioning.
• Experience with at least two programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby).
• 5+ years of professional DevOps/Platform engineering experience, including CI/CD ownership and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with GitOps deployment approaches such as ArgoCD.
