Pick Packers & Forklift Operators

About the role

Join a leading national logistics company in Brisbane for dynamic warehouse positions. We are hiring Pick Packers and Forklift Operators for both night and morning shifts, with the opportunity to move from temporary to permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely.
• Pick‑pack electrical products using RF scanners.
• Pack large orders into cages and smaller orders into cartons.
• Break down pallets, put stock away and rearrange warehouse bays.
• Quality‑check products to ensure they are damage‑free.
• Use computers, tablets and warehouse management systems throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Current Forklift Licence (essential).
• High Reach forklift experience – preferably 1 year.
• Loading and unloading truck experience is highly regarded.
• Comfortable using RF scanners, tablets and warehouse systems.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and ability to match product numbers with paperwork.
• Reliable transport and full Australian work rights.
• Leadership or Leading Hand experience valued for supervisory opportunities.
• Available to start immediately.
