Pick Packer – Casual Warehouse Role

About the role

We are hiring eight casual Pick Packers to join a brand‑new warehouse in Brooklyn, Melbourne. The role runs on a rotating roster with a minimum three‑day availability, Monday to Friday, 7am‑5pm.

Key responsibilities

• Use the picking system to select the correct stock and assemble individual orders.
• Box orders for dispatch and verify completeness, including use‑by dates.
• Dispatch parcels via the appropriate courier following customer instructions.
• Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage and invoice discrepancies.
• Open delivered packages, remove contents, and prepare items for shelf replenishment.
• Check expiry dates and stock shelves using FIFO methodology.

Required profile

• Reliable with a positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour, including using a step ladder and standing for extended periods.
• Willing to undergo a police check as part of the hiring process.
