Pick and Pack Team Member

About the role

Join Criterion Industries' tight‑knit warehouse team as a Pick and Pack Team Member. You will be responsible for accurately assembling orders, preparing them for dispatch, and supporting a smooth flow of goods in a family‑owned manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items from inventory and pack them according to order specifications.
• Label and stage packages for internal production teams or external delivery.
• Operate handling equipment safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with loading delivery vehicles and maintain a clean, organised warehouse.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and flag replenishment needs.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required.

Required profile

• Reliable, detail‑oriented and committed to safety.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment setting.
• Valid forklift licence preferred.
• Basic computer literacy for order tracking and stock management.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (licence preferred).
• Computer order tracking.
• Warehouse handling equipment.
