Physiotherapist – Join a Leading Disability Care Team

About the role

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking passionate physiotherapists to deliver evidence‑based therapy to clients with cerebral palsy and related disabilities across the lifespan. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you will work in a multidisciplinary team to improve movement, strength and mobility for children and adults.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one and group physiotherapy sessions focused on motor skill development, posture, and functional mobility.
• Advise clients on exercise programmes, equipment selection and the use of mobility aids.
• Support clients to participate in sports, recreation and daily activities, including pain‑management strategies.

Required profile

• Relevant physiotherapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle and ability to travel between clinic and community sites.

Required skills

• Exercise prescription and strength training.
• Mobility‑aid assessment and equipment fitting.
• Postural and movement re‑education techniques.

What we offer

• Salary range $80,000–$140,000 AUD per year (incl. super) with tax‑free packaging options.
