Physiotherapist – Full-time 4‑day week in Melbourne West

About the role

This full‑time permanent position is based in a busy multidisciplinary clinic serving Melbourne’s western suburbs. You will join an experienced allied‑health team that values professional development, clinician wellbeing, and a strong work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload that includes musculoskeletal injuries, sports and orthopaedic rehabilitation, and post‑operative care.
• Provide services to WorkCover, TAC, and NDIS clients.
• Develop and deliver exercise prescription, manual therapy, and Pilates‑based rehabilitation programmes.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and occasional Saturday shifts.
