Pharmacy Product Specialist (QLD/WA) – 22‑month Contract

About the role

MAYES Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Product Specialist to lead the launch of a new women’s health product portfolio across Queensland and Western Australia. This full‑time, 22‑month contract will involve building pharmacy relationships from the ground up and driving market momentum for a life‑sciences client entering the Australian women’s health market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan for QLD and WA, targeting community pharmacies and key accounts.
• Establish and nurture relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, managers, and dispensary teams.
• Promote the specialised product portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Track activity, manage pipeline, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal leadership and cross‑functional teams to provide market feedback and support product rollout.

Required profile

• Proven success in a pharmacy‑facing sales role or a healthcare sales role with strong pharmacy engagement.
• Ability to work independently, plan territory activities, and meet clear activity and sales targets.
• High personal accountability, reliability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel throughout QLD and WA, including regional locations.

Required skills

• Strong territory discipline (planning, prioritisation, follow‑up).
• Effective use of a CRM system for activity tracking.
