Pharmacy Product Specialist (QLD/WA) – 22‑Month Contract

About the role

MAYES Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Product Specialist to lead the launch of a new women’s health product portfolio across Queensland and Western Australia. This is a full‑time, 22‑month fixed‑term contract that starts immediately, offering the chance to shape market entry and drive early adoption in community pharmacies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan for QLD and WA, targeting key pharmacy accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, owners, managers, and dispensary teams.
• Present product benefits, ensure compliance, and drive sustainable sales growth.
• Track activities and outcomes in the CRM system, providing regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal leadership and marketing to align launch initiatives with market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven success in a pharmacy‑facing sales role or comparable healthcare sales position with strong pharmacy engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and follow‑through on territory activities.
• High personal accountability, reliability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, including regional locations.
