Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy (Fitzroy)

About the role

Join Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group as a Pharmacist in Fitzroy. You will deliver complete patient care, provide professional counselling and support a high‑volume retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
• Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts.
• Professional patient counselling and provision of comprehensive care solutions.
• Supervise interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
• Manage dispensary inventory, order processing and stock control.
• Support and develop new business strategies.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Dedicated work ethic and a collaborative team approach.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a pharmacy or retail setting; high‑volume experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a satisfactory National Criminal History Check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MyScripts dispensing software.
