Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy (Box Hill Central)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our Chemist Warehouse store at Box Hill Central. In this fast‑paced retail environment you will deliver comprehensive patient care while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the pharmacy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage store, dispensary and team operations in line with Pharmacy Board of Australia standards.
• Provide professional patient counselling and develop complete care solutions.
• Accurately dispense prescriptions using the MyScripts system.
• Supervise and mentor interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
• Oversee inventory management, order processing and stock control.
• Support business growth initiatives and new service strategies.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dedicated work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to undergo a satisfactory National Criminal History Check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MyScripts dispensing software.
