About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based at our Croydon, VIC pharmacy. The Pharmacist will play a key role in delivering safe medication services, providing professional advice, and supporting the health of the local community.

Key responsibilities

Dispense medications accurately and review prescriptions.
Counsel patients on proper medication use and address inquiries.
Maintain precise pharmaceutical records.
Supervise pharmacy assistants and ensure team performance.
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Strong communication skills for patient counseling and staff supervision.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is advantageous.
Commitment to exceptional customer service and community health.
