Personal Trainer – Qualified & Trainee Opportunities

About the role

Goodlife Health Clubs Fitzroy is seeking enthusiastic Personal Trainers, both qualified and trainees, to deliver one‑on‑one fitness sessions and grow their own client base within a high‑traffic club environment. This contractor role offers flexible hours and uncapped earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalised training sessions tailored to individual member goals.
• Develop and manage a personal training business, attracting and retaining clients.
• Build strong relationships with members, providing guidance and motivation.
• Collaborate with the club’s fitness team and participate in ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or currently completing the qualifications).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• ABN and Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation, positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others achieve fitness goals.

Required skills

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to obtain ABN and Public Liability Insurance.
