Personal Trainer – Private Studio (Marrickville)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Trainer to join our Lift Inner West studio in Marrickville. You will deliver private, one‑on‑one sessions, build a full book of clients and grow with us on a casual, per‑session basis.

Key responsibilities

• Coach one‑on‑one training sessions with a warm, encouraging, and professional presence.
• Design and progress individualized training programs based on each client’s goals, history, and lifestyle.
• Build strong relationships so clients feel supported, seen, and motivated.
• Maintain clear, tidy session records using our studio platform.
• Collaborate with a close, supportive team that shares clients, ideas, and successes.

Required profile

• Warm, dependable, and genuinely caring about helping people.
• Patient and encouraging, never pressuring clients.
• Reliable, organised and takes pride in doing things properly.
• Eager to build and hold a full book of clients and commit long‑term.
• Willing to keep learning and enjoy being part of a team.

Required skills

• Current Certificate IV in Fitness (or higher).
• Current First Aid certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
