About the role

Dalkeith Gardens, a residential aged care home in Traralgon with 112 residents, is looking for experienced Personal Care Workers. The home is part of a not-for-profit organisation that supports over 15,000 older Victorians through aged care services. Multiple shift patterns are available, and the work is described as permanent part-time.

Required profile

• Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or Aged Care, or a related qualification, or completed the first year of nursing studies and placements.
• Experience working in an aged care environment.
• A genuine passion for caring and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Respect for all people, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race or sexual orientation.
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or the ability to obtain one.
