This lifestyle program-focused role delivers engaging, fun and varied activities so residents have their best day every day. It combines aspects of direct care with emotional support, helping residents feel valued, safe and connected socially.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, fun and varied activities that keep residents motivated and happy
• Give personal care and emotional support to residents
• Help residents maintain strong social connections within the home
• Learn each resident's personal interests and find activities that suit them

Required profile

• Passion for aged care and for enriching the lives of older Australians
• Team player with a warm, welcoming approach
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Passion for building genuine relationships
